Casey McNeill PTA
Meet Casey, the visionary behind Birdies at Bold City. Casey is a lifelong golfer, TPI Certified Instructor, and single-digit handicap who has always believed golf is more than a game — it's a lifestyle.
As the owner of Bold City Therapy & Wellness, Casey spent years dreaming of bringing his two passions together. That vision became Birdies at Bold City — a members-only 24/7 golf simulator club built inside both Bold City Therapy locations in Riverside and Mandarin.
The result? Jacksonville's premier private simulator experience, where members get access to the best technology in the game, fully private bays, and the option to tap into Casey's TPI expertise for swing and body analysis whenever they're ready.
And yes — having a golf simulator inside your office is absolutely a major plus.
Eduardo is a Physical Therapist with nearly 30 years of experience in all realms of the therapy world. After receiving his Physical Therapy degree in the Philippines, Eduardo has spent his life passionately rehabilitating individuals back to health right here in Jacksonville, Florida.

Casey, founder of Bold City Therapy & Wellness, is a sports enthusiast, avid golfer, and is passionate about helping others. His seven years in Physical Therapy include experience in outpatient, hospital, and home health settings. Specialties include auto accident injuries, athletic injuries, low back pain and workplace ergonomics. Casey is also a Certified Personal Trainer with a focus in high level exercise and is RockTape certified. He graduated with his Pre-Med degree from Notre Dame College, where he was a scholarship athlete on both the varsity basketball and golf team. Receiving a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Florida State College of Jacksonville, he and his wife, Bailey, wanted to open Bold City Therapy & Wellness in Jacksonville's Riverside to give back to the city that has given them so much. Murphy McNeill, their puppy, is the official mascot of Bold City Therapy & Wellness.
